    A discount plan provides you access to savings on health care. As a member, you receive discounted rates on health care at participating providers. You can find a list of participating providers online along with published discount rates, so you can calculate exactly how much you’ll pay.

  • This plan provides discounts on dental care at participating providers, pharmaceutical discounts and access to a peer support phone line.

  • Yes, your Careington membership card can be used at any participating provider in the U.S. All you need is your member ID number to receive your savings.

    Most of our networks have providers within 50 miles of any given ZIP code, so you will almost always be within driving distance of a provider. Providers must meet rigorous standards to be in our network, so if you’re in an unfamiliar area and need care, you can know you’ll be going to a trusted health care provider.

  • If you need additional cards, call Member Services at (800) 290-0523, and you’ll receive new materials in 7-10 business days.
