What is this discount plan?

Can I use my membership card when I travel away from home?
Yes, your Careington membership card can be used at any participating provider in the U.S. All you need is your member ID number to receive your savings.
Most of our networks have providers within 50 miles of any given ZIP code, so you will almost always be within driving distance of a provider. Providers must meet rigorous standards to be in our network, so if you’re in an unfamiliar area and need care, you can know you’ll be going to a trusted health care provider. -
How do I get additional membership cards?
If you need additional cards, call Member Services at (800) 290-0523, and you’ll receive new materials in 7-10 business days.
